Products I've used up/empties!

I never used to be interested in these type of posts or youtube videos, I found them quite boring but I recently grown to love them! So I hope you enjoy reading this post! I am currently uploading a youtube video to match this blog post, (click here for the video) and I included a few more products in the video, and if I added them all into this post it would be a long one!

Garnier Comforting Cleansing Lotion: I find that this product is reguarly on offer in Superdrug for around £1.50 and it comes in different scents and variations to match different skin types. This is the rose one for dry skin (even though I don't have dry skin!) This is a lovely makeup remover, I don't have anything bad to say about it, I will definitely be repurchasing this when I can't afford (or be bothered to wait for the delivery) Bioderma from ebay!

The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter: This is the mini one, which are the perfect size for traveling! I love love love anything coconut and I would say this is probably my favourite body moisturizer EVER. It's so thick and nourishing and smells absoloutley divine. I do have the big tub of this on the go at the mo (ryhming there I see ;) I realllly want to try the lemon scented one next!

MAC Fix+ : There is quite abit of product left because I cannot seem to use it, it just comes out as water drops instead of a spray which is quite annoying, but I have loved using this! I am not too sure whether I will buy it again, but this has lasted me like 2 years and it's just one of those things which I love having in my collection!

Topshop nail polish Big Smoke: This is probably my favourite nail varnish, it's probably more suitable for the winter time, and I will repurchase it then but it's so lovely. I love the brush and the cute bottle, I can't really describe the colour, it's like a grey/brown/purple colour and looks so so pretty on the nails! Mine is now horrible gloopy mess so I can't get anymore use of it but it's a staple in my nail polish collection.

VO5 Miracle Concentrate: I really enjoyed using this hair oil, I used it without fail after each hair washing sesh, it made my hair smell nice and it made it soo soft, oh and also made my split ends less visible! It lasted a hell of a long time and I think I am going to get a new one, as I don't think I can be without it!

Boots Coconut and Almond Bath Cream: I went through this so quickly! But it is under £2 so that's okay! It smells heavenly, but the smell didn't come out as strong in the bath (but made a mountain of bubbles), there is probably better bath cream/bubble baths out there so I don't think I will re-buy but it was quite nice!

So there we go, I hope you enjoyed this post, let me know if you have done one or a video, I would love to see!

Lots of love,

Oil free moisturizer

Thankyou so much for following my blog, I now have 17 followers! Yay!

Now the other week I was browsing the beauty counters in House of Fraser and I asked one of the ladies at Clinque if I could have a skin consultation. I have never really known what skin type I have, it's not particuarly dry or oily. However after sitting down for 10 minutes the lovely lady told me I have Combination Oily to Oily skin! I never thought I had oily skin but apparently so! So she gave me a sample of one of the oil free foundations and a generous sample of the dramatically different moisturizing gel which I have been loving!

The moisturizer I was using before was a Simple one and it did the job, but did take a while to sink in but this Clinique one sinks in literally in like 30 seconds! I don't think I can afford to get the big bottle just yet, but whilst in Superdrug the other day I purchased the Nivea oil free day cream. I have heard quite good things about this, I am yet to use it but it looks pretty good to me!

To suit my skin type I am desperatley trying to find the "perfect" foundation! I have become really aware of the bad ingredients in alot of makeup, and ideally would like an oil free foundation. I keep umming about the MAC ones but they all look too heavy and cakey, one minute I want a dewy finish and the next matte. For about a year I have been wanting to try the MAC Face and Body, but it's quite expensive and I don't have a MAC nearby that sells it to get a sample! So if there are any (preferably not high street) oil free foundations which you lovely lot would recommend then pleaseeee let me know! I am going on holiday next week, and I so can't wait to go to duty free shopping! Wooo!

Lots of love,
